If you notice a couple of lashes have fallen within the first 24-hrs, it is natural! Please see our aftercare instructions.
All cancellations require 24-hour advanced notice prior to scheduled appointment.
Otherwise, a 25% fee of service costs will be charged to the client. Appointments which are not notified of cancellation will be charged 50% of service cost.
As a courtesy to you, we offer a 15 minute grace period passed your scheduled timeslot. Unfortunately, If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment.

We do not allow children unattended in the salon for the safety of your child, our clients and technicians. We provide a very calm and relaxed atmosphere for everyone which requires a lot of concentration.
All clients under the age of 12 are required to have a Parent(s)/Guardian(s) signature at the time of appointment.
